As a Colorado native from generations of outdoorsmen, camping and fishing have been essential to my life. Fishing great rivers and streams all over the region has been a lifelong adventure.

​My dedication to the sport of fly fishing, combined with years of design experience and a need for better tools, paved the way for Artisan Angler. A turning point came as I stood frustrated, wading in the North Platte River, knowing there had to be better and faster ways to rig-up. I was compelled to create products that would make the process more efficient.

​At Artisan Angler, our passion is developing innovative fly fishing tools that help speed up the rigging process for every level of angler. We analyzed and agonized over the time-consuming flaws of rigging.
